What's Going on in the Locker Room

Winning the division and then making it to the American League Finals in the first ever FFL Season might be considered pretty good for many teams, but not The Horsemen. Furious after not completing their mission of complete league domination, Darkseid has reestablished his roll as the ultimate ruler of this team. In a much debated move, Vandal Savage has been fired as head coach but still remains on the team in a leadership capacity. Along with several off-season moves in both acquiring players and off-list picks for Season 2 The Horsemen of Apokolips have also reestablished the infamous Hellfire Club to control the team's inner workings more tightly than ever. The new members are as follows:
  • Black King: Darkseid
  • White King: Vandal Savage
  • Black Queen: Selene
  • White Queen: Emma Frost
  • Black Knights: Deathstroke & Feyd-Rautha Harkonen
  • White Knights: Serpentor & Sinestro
  • Black Rooks: Grand Moff Tarkin & Kane of Runefast
  • White Rooks: J.R.R. Tolkien & Charleton Heston
  • Black Bishops: Hordack & Sith Lord #13
  • White Bishops: Gene Simmons & Mr. Sinister
  • Black Pawns: Chris Artrip (pawn leader) & Dark Jedi #1-7
  • White Pawns: Julie Artrip (pawn leader) & Amazon #1-6, & 11
  • **Sebastian Shaw refused to be any part of this new Hellfire Club after he was not granted his former spot as Black King.

With these offseason moves as well as several others The Horsemen of Apokolips are very prepared for another season and are guarenteeing even more success than they had in Season 1. There were a few problems in the locker room most of which can be attributed to the Joker and his boredom from not being played one time during season 1. The Joker laughed hysterically when he waited until everybody was sleeping to blow up the lock on the cages for the T-Rexes which resulted in the deaths of Amazons #3 & 18, and Navy Seal #12. He and Harley Quinn also agreed that the timing was absolutely perfect when he did the same thing to the lock on the Cave Troll pen right before their important match against Beckerman's Backyardigans which resluted in even more bloodshed when Navy Seals #19, 20, & 26 perished along with Navy Seal Chief #2; Navy Seals #4 & 5 would have lost their lives as well if it weren't for Chuck (Navy Seal Chief #1). Not to mention the death of Amazon #6. The worst part of this tragedy in the eyes of Darkseid was that Cave Trolls #1, 3, & 9 also suffered deaths because the team was unable to subdue them without killing them (take them alive is not really an order The Horsemen are good at following). Although most people are not sure that The Joker and Harley Quinn are involved (because somedays he denies it and others he is proud of it) most people have a feeling that it was he who convinced Fremen #34 that Jason Voorhies said something bad about his sietch which caused him to attack Jason and then quickly lose his life. Despite these tragedies Darkseid still vehemently refuses to remove the Joker from the team. The Horsemen are in no way expected to be any less of a powerhouse this year and the Watchers are predicting an especially big year for Achilles as well. The Horsemen have 4 balls in the draft lottery.

The bloodshed NEVER stops with the Horsemen of Apokolips. Sebastian Shaw will be in a foul mood for the upcoming season due being denied the Black King roll in the Hellfire Club. Word has it, he has been speaking in private with the Joker.

The Horsemen of Apokolips have just made a trade with Brock Sampson's Fighting Murderflies. The Murderflies have recieved Scarlet Witch, Shazam, Starro, Grimlock, & 1 Off-list pick. The Horsemen have recieved The Murderflies 1st and 2nd Round picks in the Season 2 draft.

Why do I have to be a black pawn?

Is it because my team is GWS?
