George Lucas Conference Final: Chapter XII

In the ruins located on the outskirts of the city, Age of Apocalypse Wolverine growls, flanked by two X-23s – one living and one undead.  The three face Havok, Exodus and Vulcan. 

Havok focuses an energy blast at AoA Wolverine.  Howlett is thrown across the stone and mortar, his clothes in tatters and body mangled due to the intensity of the projection.  While focused on AoA Wolverine, both X-23 and Vampire X-23 surround an unsuspecting Havok and strike in unison.  They slice into the mutant’s neck and Havok releases a gurgle as blood spurts from his jugular.  The vampire greedily gapes for the blood that flows from Havok’s neck.  Havok falls to the ground, dead. 

Exodus and Vulcan look at one another and unleash the full potential of their powers upon the two X-23s.  Exodus teleports behind the living version and encases the mutant girl in a damaging blast that she is unable to recover from.  He then reaches for the mutant and psionically sucks the essence from the girl.  X-23 dies.  Exodus laughs.

Meanwhile, Vulcan manipulates the energy around the vampire.  With a wave of both hands, he simultaneously slices off the head and across the torso of Vampire X-23.  Vampire X-23 bursts into flame and dust.

Exodus and Vulcan stand together and focus on the enraged AoA Wolverine.  AoA Wolverine manages to slice into the arm of Vulcan and puts up an incredible fight, but reality finally sets in and although never giving up, he is no match for the duo.

Exodus and Vulcan walk away, leaving AoA Wolverine dead in their wake.
