Beckerman's Backyardigan's: Beeyatches Vs. Oblivio

Beckerman's Backyardigan's: Beeyatches are Ranx the Sentient City, Dark Phoenix, Fafnir, Duncan McLeod (w/ Mandalorian Armor), Dementor #4, Fangry & Briscoe, Double Cross, Sentinel #17, Yendar Platis, Skrull #16, & Chip.

Oblivio is Sandworm #8 & 12, Aleta One (w/ a green lantern ring), & Golden Army Soldier #1-12, & Nexu #2.

Nexu #2 eats Chip (yes Becks, it happened that fast). The Nexu never does get the opportunity to digest the little guy though because Yendar Plats uses one of his 6 lightsabers to slice the creature in half. In a much more orderly fashion Aleta One leads The Golden Army Soldiers into battle against The Backyardigan squad who have taken position behind Fafnir. The amazingly durable Golden Army Soldiers, it is quickly found are not quite unstoppable or indestructible when they meet up with an Asgardian force such as Fafnir, who instantly rips the body apart of the first soldier who attacks him. Fangry and Briscoe are only able to take out 1 Golden Army Soldier between the 2 of them, before they fall to the army, and Sentinel #17 & Skrull #16 (who is looking just like Duncan McLeod today) are not even able to match that number before they are trounced by the army. Double Cross takes one out as well, but The rest of the team try to take out Oblivio’s field commander Aleta One. Aleta uses her ring to dissipate any source of energy that was giving power to Dementor #4, but (the real) Duncan McLeod and Yendar Platis rush in with their close quarters weapons drawn. Aleta One delivers a green energy coated kick to the chin of Duncan which sends his head right into the high-lands, but when she focuses her energy onto Master Platis, Yendar is able to block the attacks with his 2 low lightsabers and then use his other 4 saber-wielding arms to deliver the mad hurt to Aleta’s Cybertronian body to finish her off. Ranx appears high above the sky and uses his yellow ring to transport the remaining Golden Army Soldiers inside the living city which is his body. Once inside, he is able to pull them apart piece by piece in his Qwardian torture rooms. Ranx believes himself to be completely out of harm’s way, but the Sentient City soon finds out the hard way, why even fully armored Guild Heighliners refuse to enter the atmosphere of the planet Arrakis. The 2 immense sandworms come surging out of the sands and go thru the bottom of Ranx, ripping the largest yellow lantern apart. On both the way up and the way down the 2 Makers cause earth rumbling explosions as they actually destroy Ranx’s Metropolitan body just by their sheer mass rocketing thru it. The 2 Sandworms are successful in destroying Ranx, but are tremendousely injured from the scraping of Ranx’s protective yellow aura and city structures into their bodies. The 2 instinct driven territorialists still keep going despite injuries that could prove fatal and consume both Yendar Platis & Doublecross on their way down. On their next push they are able to both dwarf and crush the mighty Fafnir. Dark Phoenix then decides that she needs to momentarily do away with her apathy and fly into the fray. Dark Phoenix ignites the Phoenix force and focuses her fiery comic energy into the largest of the many wounds on the 2 sandworms. The 2 weakened makers are then destroyed from the inside out as Dark Phoenix cranks up the intensity of her telepathic attack and lays waste to everything in her path. Dark Phoenix feels no sympathy for any of the lesser beings that may have been harmed by this, not that it matters, because there wasn’t anything or anybody other than her left alive on the battlefield anyway.
