The Transfoamers Vs. Better Than All of You

The Transfoamers are Sandworm #6 & 7, (Vehicle) Voltron, Starscream's Ghost, Ghost #1-7, Predator #45, The Fallen, Auric Goldfinger, Krayt Dragon #3, & Nazgul #7 w/ Fell Beast.

Better Than All of You is Batman (Dick Grayson) & Robin (Damien Wayne), Yellow Lantern #1 & 2, Red Lantern #1, Man-E-Faces, Anti-Venom, Deathklock, Zombie Phoenix, Zombie Trinity, Jedi Councilman #1, Zombie Jedi Master #1, (original) Kung Lao, Hulk Hogan (w/ Mandalorian Armor & a blue lightsaber), & Ninja Pirate #3.


The season hasn’t exactly gone easy for either of these 2 teams, but the fact that they both still have a chance at one of the last play-off spots makes this match an important one. In fact, even though these teams have had a rough go in season 3, chances are at least 1 of the 2 of them will sneak in to the post-season under the new expansion rules. Not to mention that they both have much to prove with The Better Than All of You squad trying to restore themselves as a play-off team after barely missing out on them last year; and The Transfoamers dying to make a name for themselves by being one of the few expansion teams to back their way in to a play-off seed. Batman’s detective skills have proven useful before the match has even started. He has found out thru some unknown means that The Transfoamers have positioned themselves in such a way that once the battle begins the Sandworms will be riled by the motion of action on the sands above them. Batman speaks to his troops and tells them that if they are going to have a chance at defeating The Foamers than they are going to have to rush in and take out as many of their enemies as possible before they can even think about banding together to take out the 2 massive worms that will inevitably appear. Kung Lao jumps into action and attempts to rally his teammates by saying: “Come on guys, this is only an expansion team, lets do this”. Hogan replies with: “I heard that brother, lets show em what we can do. Watch ya gonna do, when the Betters run wild on you”. Batman’s plan of action seems to be working, as Hogan flies in with his jetpack and delivers a big boot to his old teammate Predator #45 before he uses his lightsaber to decapitate the alien hunter. The prayers and vitamins definitely paid off for the champion, as well as the 3 years of training against the Predators to know their weaknesses. Batman and Robin then easily dispatch Goldfinger, but the Betters are taken off guard sooner than they expected when a massive beast comes barreling out of the sands and crushes both Anti-Venom and all 4 members of the hardcore group Deathklock. The Ninja Pirate yells: “S&^t, I thought we had a while before the Sandworms would attack”. “We do, the sandworms aren’t even here yet. That was The Krayt Dragon, and believe me, it’s going to look small to you when the sandworms do get here. Zombie Phoenix flies in and attaches herself onto the ghost of Starscream. The Zombie then uses her uncontrolled but now unleashed cosmic abilities to drain the undead life force of the Decepticon. The Fallen teleports into the fray and uses his enormous Cybertronian staff to take out Kung Lao and Zombie Jedi Master#1, but he then finds himself locked in battle with the 2 yellow lanterns. Zombie Trinity jumps into the air and knocks Nazgul #7 off of his Fell beast. The Zombie girlfriend of the chosen one then begins feasting on The Fell Beast killing it with a disgusting bite to its jugular, but The Ringwraith then beheads Trinity before she can do any more damage. The 7 ghosts come to the aid of The Fallen but the 2 yellow lanterns are able to absorb any fear that the ghosts may have instilled in anyone which destroys them. This makes them even more powerful, but it is not enough for them to take out The Fallen who still is able to crush both of the lanterns with his massive metal hands before they are able to use their newfound boost of energy. Batman orders his troops to form up and begin a second wave of attacks, but now wormsign is being sighted in the sands around them, and they know what is coming next. The 2 massive sandworms catapult out of the ground below them and begin delivering massive amounts of damage in defense of their territory. The Fallen teleports to safety and Nazgul #7 takes refuge in a small rock outcropping, but The Transfoamers own Krayt Dragon is ripped apart by the 2 much larger creatures. The actual enemy Better Than All of You suffer major losses as Man-E-Faces, Jedi Councilman #1, The Ninja Pirate, and The Hulkster are consumed like a couple of tick-tacks in the mouths of Shai-Halud. Batman and Robin use their grappling guns to swing on top of the backs of the enormous worms, but once they are on top of them none of their attacks even seem to faze them. Without any Maker hooks to open up the pores of the worms, the worm that they are on top simply dives back into the sand which throws the caped crusaders from its back. They attempt to run away, but only Robin escapes as Grayson is caught by the other worm’s crysknife studded mouth on its way down. Robin runs over to try and get what is left of his team to mount an attack, before the worms return, but before he can put anything together the fully formed Voltron flies down from the sky. Voltron is able to crush both Robin and The Red Lantern with his massive feet, and then conjures up enough cosmic power from the near universe that powers him to completely disintegrate Zombie Phoenix.
