This match takes place on Playoff Planet…

What a matchup we have here tonight folks! One of the great rivalries of the league akin to the likes of the great MAC rivalries of old. CMU vs. WMU, Miami of Ohio vs. Ohio, Bowling Green vs. Toledo, Sigmas vs. Sigmaz!

Desert

Sigmas: Duncan Idaho, Sardakaur #1-20, Bene Gesserit #1-10, Rhombus Vernius, Mord Cour, Zan Nooret

Sigmaz: Barbarossa, Xerxes, Nazgul on Fell Beast, Magus, Hellboy & God Emperor 40K

We begin our battle in the Desert land of the Playoff Planet.

Barbarossa and Xerxes begin the battle by attacking the Sardaukar and Bene Gesserit. The Titans were too much for the commons and were able to take them all out but the Sardakaur were able to take out Xerxes. Duncan, Rhombus, Mord and Zan were able to avenge their teammates as they took out Barbarossa in retaliation. The Nazgul swoops in on his Fell Beast at Duncan Idaho but he was able to dodge the attack while also striking the wing of the Fell Beast causing the winged demon of Middle Earth to parish. The Nazgul attempts to recover from the fall quickly but is too slow as Mord Cour was able to stab the great man of old in his hood, killing him. 

Hellboy and Magus join in to attack the warriors from the Dune universe and are successful in defeating all of them, not without losing Hellboy as well.

Magus and God Emperor 40K will join the rest of the Sigmaz in the City.

Forest

Sigmas: Earth Benders #1-5, Gigachad, Melkor, Ancient Balrog #1-4, King Manwe, Tulkas, Nessa, & John Rambo

Sigmaz: Link, Daruk, Urbosa, Mipha, Revali, Grand Inquisitor, 7th Sister, ID9, & 8th Brother

In the forest land of the Playoff Planet we find the Sigmaz with a camp set up while the Sigmas are walking through the forest trying to find their enemies.

7th Sister sends out the ID9 drone to find the Sigmas. The drone eventually finds the Sigmas and flies towards them in an attempt to kamikazee the Sigmas. Thankfully John Rambo uses his rifle to shoot the droid and destroys it before it can hurt the team.

7th Sister lets the rest of her team know that the droid found the Sigmas and they push to attack. Link, Daruk, Urbosa, Mipha, & Revali charge at the Sigmas and are able to take out the Earth Benders and Gigachad but not without casualties as the Earth Benders were able to take out Mipha. 

While that was happening, Grand Inquisitor, 7th Sister, & 8th Brother charged the Ancient Balrogs and John Rambo and were able to take them out using their lightsabers. Though one of the Balorgs was able to deeply cut the upper arm of 7th Sister. And John Rambo was able to kill 8th Brother as 8th Brother tried to block the bullets from Rambo’s rifle but the lightsaber was unsuccessful in blocking the bullets and they shot him in the chest.

Though the Inquisitors were successful in their attack, their happiness was short lived as Tulkas ran up and ripped 7th Sister in half at the waist and Nessa used her speed to hit the Grand Inquisitor with a flurry of strikes until his body was unrecognizable. 

Link uses his sword to cut Rambo’s head off as he and the rest of the characters from the Zelda universe attack the Valar from Middle Earth but they stand absolutely no chance against these god-like characters. As the Melkor and the accompanying Valar take them out with one arm tied behind their backs.

Melkor, King Manwe, Tulkas and Nessa will join the rest of the Sigmas in the City.

City

Sigmas: Satoru Gojo, Griffith, Dio Brando, Deadshot, Bane, Huntress, Melkor, King Manwe, Tulkas, Nessa, Darkhawk, Morpheus, Goldar, Lord Zed, Titanus, Marth, Aatrox, Kyle Reese and Linda from the Copper Door

Sigmaz: Goku, Guts, Eren Yeager, Spawn, Michael Meyers, Jason Vorhees, Magus, T3, Grimlok, Slag, Sludge, Snarl, Swoop, Six-Shot, and the Power Rangers

In the city we start with all the big robot characters (plus Mgus). The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers form together into MegaZord while the DinoBots form together as well, and Six-Shot and Magus joins in to attack Titanus, Goldar, & Lord Zed. After a bunch of big robot stuff happens. They are a completely equal match to each other and everyone ends up dead.

While that was happening, Goku puts in work and takes out Linda from the Copper Door, Huntress, Darkhawk, Marth, Aatrox and Kyle Reese.

Guts and Griffith go at it and have a classic Knight battle but in the end Guts comes out victorious but heavily damaged as there is blood running down the armor of his right arm.

The two Batman villains on the Sigmas, Bane and Deadshot, work together to take out T3, Michael Meyers and Jason Vorhees in the middle of an abandoned street intersection riddled with empty cars. Deadshot uses his sniper rifle to shoot the head off of Michael Meyers. Bane goes to attack Jason Vorhees but Jason Vorhees uses his fear mongering abilities to kill the Luchador. Deadshot tries to retaliate by shooting Jason but the sniper round does no damage to the villain. Deadshot realizes his sniper can’t directly damage Jason so he shoots the gas tanks of the vehicles surrounding Jason causing a chain reaction of explosions. This kills Jason but also kills Deadshot.T3 is damaged by the explosion of all the cars but isn't dead. Thankfully, for the Sigmas Morpheus sees the damaged T3 and takes his shot. He shoots the robot with multiple different guns he has equipped on him, but is still to no avail as T3 eventually charges Morpheus and turns her arm into a blade and stabs Morpheus through his chest. Melkor sees this and calls a massive firestorm down onto T3 melting the steel of the robot until she finally was defeated.

During that thrilling fight, the remaining anime characters on both teams go at it. Satoru Gojo and Dio Brando on the Sigmas fight against Goku, Guts and Eren Yeager on the Sigmaz. These anime characters have a beautiful almost poetic fight that words on a computer screen can't even come close to describe. In the end Goku is the last one standing in this fight.

Now all that’s left standing is the four Valar on the Sigmas (Melkor, King Manwe, Tulkas, and Nessa) while the Sigmaz have Goku, Spawn and God Emperor 40K. 

Goku, still tired from his anime battle attacks Melkor with a flurry of hand to hand combat attacks but Melkor dodges them with ease. Melkor, bored with the attack of a mortal being, curses Goku with Death. 

Spawn uses his necroplasm in his and his magical abilities to take out King Manwe. Finally it can be seen that these Valar can actually perish. They had been basically invincible in this battle so far.   

This showed a slight amount of relief in both God Emperor 40K and Spawn but that relief was short lived as Tulkas and Nessa double teamed Spawn where Nessa used her super speed to distract Spawn. This allowed Tulkas to get close to Spawn and he used his super strength to beat Spawn to death.

God Emperor 40K retaliates and uses his sword and incredible strength to take out both Tulkas and Nessa, but they did not go down easy as God Emperor 40K was greatly weakened by this fight. 

God Emperor 40K tried his best to take out Melkor after defeating Tulkas and Nessa but he stood no chance, as the most powerful of the Valar was able to defeat him with ease.

Week 5 NLDS Rematch: The Washington Redskins vs The League of Heterosexual Gentlemen

 Washington Redskins are Yoda (w/ Dwarf Ring #4), Professor Charles Xavier, Namor the Sub-Mariner, The Sando Aqua Monster, Wolverine, Sinestro (w/ The White Lantern Ring), Beginning in The Leviathan: The Full Spectrum, commanded by OA Guardian #1 & 2, Larfleeze, Indigo One, Munk, Saint Walker, Sodam Yat, Carol Ferris, Dex-Tar, & Romat Ru, Scar in a TIE/IN Interceptor, Black Lantern #9 in a TIE Dagger, Black Lantern #10 in a Y-Wing, Omega Supreme, Powergirl, Star Wolf in a Fury Class Interceptor, Darth Plagueis, Mandalore the Great (w/ The Darksaber), Toad, Peppermint Patty, and Marci in The Ebon Hawk, Robert Muldoon and Wicket W. Pregame

“It has begun” says Saint Walker as he floats upon the stars with Indigo One and Carol Ferris. 

“Everything we’ve prepared for comes down to this day… WILL, HOPE, FEAR, RAGE, LOVE, COMPASSION; the only way we have a chance to stop these gentlemen and most importantly the man we so eagerly await, Superman.”

Carol Ferris, sending off electromagnetic waves with rings burning hot to touch; has already acquired Avatar Aang’s Star Sapphire from nearly 50 million miles away, creating a force field around the 3 lantern leaders as they watch over earth peacefully.

Saint Walker’s ring oozes with blue energy as not only is his ring charged to levels exceeding 300% from Sodam Yat and ChiPs rings; but he has instilled hope in each individual of the Washington Redskins that although they may think they’re outmatched, it’s no odds these lanterns haven't seen in their brightest days and blackest nights. 

Indigo One begins channeling the entire emotional spectrum to oversee the possibilities of this skirmish, meditating in silence. Grateful yet concerned to have Sinestro and Scar on her side, Iroque gains a new perspective on the evils of the spectrum and even life and death itself. Sinestro’s power gives him a sense of arrogance and dismissiveness that makes him feel above all life forms, while Scar’s complete loss of morality and life keeps him in a constant state of frenzy making him unpredictable.

Each lantern has already abandoned their ships and gone to their assigned sector of the playoff planet and taken unconscious control of their ships to form a fleet in space.

Although the Redskins are scattered far and wide, it’s as if each ring bearer shares one collective consciousness through the full spectrum and they’re all fighting by each other's side, giving them a significant tactical advantage.

Superman Is extremely wary of the power that the full spectrum and Sinestro’s white ring brings to the table, making sure his team doesn’t allow their emotions to get the best of them on the field. 

Kal El explains to Magneto and Parallax the importance of them sticking together. “The only way to kill a black lantern is to combine the powers of two different rings.” Parallax nods as he is well aware of this but Magneto raises his eyebrows as this is a foreign language to him. Parallax continues to explain to Magneto that “Combining our powers of rage and fear could be our best shot at leveling the playing field here on the Planet as they have a clear advantage, especially with Sinestro knowing the ins and outs of my power and how to control the output of my ring.”

The Match

~Water

Namor rides high and fast on the Sando Aqua Monster who’s munching on the 5 atlanteans that mistakingling tried to get in their way. Namor is looking for any other competitors when Martian Manhunter flies up from the deep waters of the ocean to merge into the Monster, separating it’s head from his body and leaving Namor without a ride. 

Fighting side by side with the real king of Atlantis on the daily, Manhunter scoffs at the lousy knockoff.

Namor creates some space between him and the martian and throws everything he's got at him, but it's nothing J’onn J'onzz didn't anticipate. Using his phasing abilities, J’onzz gains some serious ground on the submariner with zero resistance and punches a hole through Namor’s abdomen. 

Pulling his bloody forearm slowly out the Submariner, he hears a growing noise coming from the sky. The floating abandoned leviathan was thrown down by Indigo One and dove at blistering speeds. Before Martian Manunter can fly away, he gets CLOCKED by the 600 meter long cruiser, engulfing him in flames and killing him immediately 

~Sand

Aang, Master Mold, Heimdall, Freya and Homelander stand in the long winding dune of the playoff planet with Powergirl and Omega Supreme approaching with Professor X, Romat-Ru, and Dex-Tar trailing behind. 

Aang has surrounded himself with a sand/rock wall as he and Heimdall proceed toward Powergirl. Heimdall, who hasn't had a hand laid on him in battle in centuries receives a flurry of punches at speeds he couldn't have even imagined leaving himself dead in seconds; Kara then grabs Aangs head and bashes it against her left knee several times creating a bloody mess out of the avatar, falling out of the sky like a fly. 

In the meantime, Homelander does his best chinese kitchen impression and kills Dex-Tar who was just having the best time playing in the sand, and just being a really good kitty. 

Homelander and Freya join each other to ground Romat-Ru and take his life, but are met by Omega Supreme who goes to work.

Master Mold is one big ole target and Professor X is struggling to even connect with his brain. The giant sentinel and Omega Supreme are in a high pitch battle trading blasts of plasma and laser energy while Power Girl waits for the right time to attack. Professor X is trying to lock in but is avoiding the crossfire as fast as his crippled self can. 

Omega Supreme is doing his best to withstand the blows from Master Mold, nearly knocking him off his feet making him vulnerable to a SUPREME right hook that finished him off. 

Using every ounce of strength Professor X has he finally tapped into Master Mold’s brain, sending him into an unconscious state. Power Girl takes immediate advantage and starts going ham, eventually delivering an uppercut that brought his chin to where his forehead should be.

Powergirl stands by her lonesome and is GASSED, as Professor X died from his efforts in controlling Master Mold. 

“You a bitch fr cous,” says Superman as he quickly realizes he's very late to the party, “You killed all my friends.”

Powergirl retorts, knowing she has nothing left in the tank and that this is the end of the line. “Sorry cuh, shit was tight, I had too, skill gap type shii they dont know me”

Superman launches towards Powergirl, grabs two handfuls of her blonde locks and stares into her eyes sending devastating heat beams into her skull. 

“Hate to do you like that but like you said, skill gap type shii” he says, laying Powergirl down like she's being put down for a nap.

Not happy with what he sees, Superman has an eerie feeling that this is all a distraction, but doesn’t know exactly why or what for. Clark has no choice but to journey to the city where more redskins await. 

~Forest

Galadriel has taken leadership among her teammates and claimed the forest as hers with Magneto, Kenobi, Leia, Parallax, and Harry Potter. Standing opposite are a small fleet of the Redskins ships, Yoda, Wolverine Larfleeze, Scar, and Black Lanterns 9 and 10 in a less organized manner but ready nonetheless. 

For the first time in the match the heteros have a serious matchup advantage as Magneto gets this party rolling by crushing the Fury Class Interceptor and the Ebon Hawk that were hovering towards the League. He then does the same to the batmobile and the dodge viper crushing all inhabitants of the vehicles and creating a giant sphere of metal in which he tosses at Yoda.

“Him, I am” Yoda exclaims sweeping underneath the sphere and creating enough momentum through the force to send it right back at Harry Potter who doesn't have a chance to avoid it.

Magneto wasn't done there, sensing his long time enemy without even laying eyes on him. Wolverine tries to draw back and regroup but is picked off the ground and torn apart. Yoda tries to put an end to his madness but is met by Kenobi and Leia, swinging their sabers at the green midget and giving him all he can take.

Magneto, not knowing how to use his Red Lantern Ring, sauces it towards parallax allowing him to send combined lantern blasts towards Scar and the black lanterns disintegrating them in mid air. 

Larfleeze grabs Yoda and puts him beside as hes outnumbered and losing. Grounding himself, Larfleeze creates 2 6 feet long flails bursting with Orange radiation and goes to work on Kenobi and Leia. Agent Orange propels the flails into the torsos of the two Jedi masters and hurrels them out of the battle area. 

The dead combatants around him have larfleeze bloodlusted as if his ring is feeding the alien with what feels like 500 milligrams of caffeine straight to the bloodstream. Bursts of electromagnetic energy are effortlessly coming out of Larfleeze, lightning strikes coming down without a cloud in sight. Parallax and Galadriel let out screams of agony as they feel their soul is being taken out of them at will and their magic drained at the source. Yoda and Magneto brace themselves for the atmosphere has grown to nearly 300 degrees making it unbearable to stand. Surrounding bushes and trees are overcome by flames with more devastating lightning strikes coming from above. An aura of light grows upon the small group until finally a massive explosion releases from the Orange Lantern Ring burning everybody to a crisp.

Larfleeze, down on his knees, looks at the shattered Orange ring in his palm and a battlefield of fallen soldiers. Reminiscing in the glory of the slaughtering that just commenced. 

“Call me selfish, but I just cooked for the whole restaurant”, whispers Agent Orange; face planting with a sinister smile and a sense of fulfillment in death.

“That was pretty majestic not gonna lie” Iroque says with Walker and Ferris sticking out their necks in shock. 

“The end is near, continue your preparations”

~City

“I’m late again?!”

Superman approached the large city of the playoff planet slowly, already seeing several dead on the pavement. Mandalore The Great, Sabertooth, Dracula, the OA guardians and many others, perished. 

Just when Clark thought he was alone, he gets rocked by a nearby building thrown directly at his back by Sodam Yat. 

“A fellow Kryptonian aye”? Superman says as he grabs a hold of Sodam’s hand and separates it from his forearm, disconnecting him from his green lantern ring. Clark then delivers a series of bone shattering jabs to the chest of Yat sending him into a state of pain he can't even fathom, killing him in a matter of seconds. 

Sinestro is all that remains, leaving him alone with Superman. 

Sinestro wastes no time trying to bury Superman with everything the White Lantern Ring has to offer. The ring is trying to feed off Sinestro's will and belief to win this battle, but he simply doesn't have it in him. Superman is trudging through the projectiles being thrown at him until he finally reaches his hands toward the neck of the Korugarian. Superman tightens his grip, suffocating Sinestro as he stares into his eyes  watching his soul leave his body and the Ring leave off his finger. 

Superman lunges for the ring but It avoids him like the plague.

“Come to momma” Indigo One says to the ring as it races towards the stars with Superman following at the speed of light. 

Superman passes the lithosphere and is bombarded with a shower of blue, scorching hot meteors thrown by Saint Walker and Carol Ferris. Saint Walker has created a catapult that is launching the remaining Redskins ships floating in space to do everything he can to slow down the king. 

“I feel… LIFE. I feel… FREE.” Indigo places the White Lantern Ring on her opposite index finger distributing the white energy throughout her body , feeling her plan finally come to fruition.

600% 

Saint Walker’s ring has triplicated, taking hosts of 3 different rings on his right hand, growing in power with each second he fights alongside the presence of Iroque and her White Ring. 

Carol Ferris takes initiative after Superman broke through their first line of defense creating a wall of flames to combat the incoming heat vision. 

As the wall dissipates Superman sends a roundhouse kick to the dome of Ferris knocking her head clean off.

“You fags were always my least favorite corp anyway” Clark says, visibly tired and attempting to catch his breathe with the two remaining lanterns showing no sign of letting up. 

Everything from Saint Walker is coming with 0% effort and 100% confidence. The Saint creates an absolute mammoth of an Ax and is ready to end this fight. Superman gets caught with one solid shot followed by a crushing down thrust with the sharp end of the ax sending him pummeling nearly 500 meters below them. 

“This power Is untapped,” Indigo One says, conjuring up a sizable piece of kryptonite out of thin air. 

“Now how do we use it”?

Still gathering himself, Clark tries to shake off what he thinks is a concussion. 

“Let me cook” 

Saint Walker tosses the ax aside and snaps his fingers to create a crossbow aimed directly at the S on Superman's chest with the piece of kryptonite attached to the head of an arrow.

At this point Superman wants nothing more than to demolish the ugly alien and is flying at world shattering speeds. 

Simultaneously, as Superman connects his fist with Saint Walker's face, Walker fires the arrow directly into Superman’s heart, which cuts through like butter and exits out his back. Letting out a groan representing not just pain and misery, but disbelief. 

Iroque stands alone. Flabbergasted by the fast moving events that just occurred.

Postgame

Munk, who never left the locker room, sits beside Indigo One; So quiet you could hear a pin drop. 

“I was straight up crapping that entire time, my name ain’t indigo two for a reason” Indigo One smiles as they embrace

“You did the impossible today, and there’s nobody I’d rather serve” Munk notes while closely admiring the White Ring. 

Saint Walker's discombobulated face, the shattered Orange Ring and the deaths of nearly 50 brave souls who put it all on the line for their squad. All sacrifices that needed to be made for salvation. 

“On the brightest day there will be light. To cleanse the soul and set wrongs right. When darkness falls, look to the skies. A new dawn comes, let there be light.“

While reciting the White Lantern oath, sitting triumphant with the most powerful item in the DC universe, Iroque can’t help but have an overwhelming sense of angst and guilt for contributing to the massacre that took place today. But she can always look ahead to brighter days.

The Underhills Vs. The Doctor's Madhouse

 The Underhills are Mogo, Joh Stewart, Kyle Rayner, Radaghast (w/ a green lantern ring), Samwise Gamgee (w/ a blue lantern ring) and Bill the Pony, Miguel O' Hara (w/ a green lantern ring), Genral Zod, Matrix (Supergirl), Raven, Sauron (w/ The One Ring (to rule them all)), The Aerialobts: Silverbolt, Skydive, Fireflight, Slingshot, & Air Raid, Aule & Yavanna, The Incredible Hulk, Abomination, Neo (w/ 2 blue lightsabers), Percy Jackson, Namora, & Sea Worm #5 & 6.

Welcome to the Play-Off Planet FFL Fans.  No, this isn't the playoffs; this is what we FFL hardcores refer to as "The Big Week".  And do we have a big week for you.  It pleases me to introduce the greatest rivalry in all of Fantasy Fantasy today.  The Michigan/Ohio State of The FFL, The Yankees/Red Sox of all of fantasy sports, yes sir, even The Mantague/Capulets of modern fan writing.  That's right folks, you are about to witness The Underhills Vs. The Doctor's Madhouse.  These two powerhouses not only always bring everything and the kitchen sink when they play each other; but we are smack dab in the middle of a playoff race in the toughest division that seemingly for the first time since they started battling each other does not have room for the both of them.  This is not the match to leave anything behind in; but don't worry ladies and gentlemen with the massive point limit that it takes to fill this match, they couldn't of left the big boys at home if they wanted to.  

The military strategist and field commander for The Underhills, General Zod has carefully placed his soldiers in the various environments that thrive on The Play-Off Planet.  Dr. Manhattan on the other hand has a plan that he is not exactly explaining to his squad as he feels that his troops are better off being made aware of their part when and only when it is necessary for them to know it.  It is actually Batman, more than Dr. Manhattan that is more in touch with each individual Madhouse Member and acting as the field Marshall to keep the team in line.     

Percy Jackson, Namora, and the two seaworms volunteer to join forces with one of the land groups as The Madhouse do not seem to have much to send after them; but they are told to hold their position.  Zod would rather have them stay put in the water, knowing that someone will be forced to eventually come to them and when they do that battle will take place far below the surface to maximize The Underhill water dominance.  Mogo, flanked by his fellow green lanterns John and Kyle are demonstrating a similar exercise in patience while they are well into the outer space regions surrounding the Play-Off Planet.   The Aerialbots led by Silverbolt and The Kryptonian Commander General Zod patrol the skies, while Aule and Yavanna plant themselves deep in the forest,  with Sauron, Hulk, and Abomination keeping distance from each other in different regions of the desert.  A few other Underhills, working under deep cover are invisible even to my eyes for the moment.  With the Underhills established in their positions, The members of the Madhouse find themselves acting on the offensive, which is not necessarily a disadvantage.  

The Madhouse strikes first, and they strike hard.  Darth Vader, aboard his own personal Imperial Shuttle, pinpoints the position of The Abomination and locks on.  Diverting all power away from the engine and shields to the lasers, relying on his piloting abilities and The Force to control the ship, Lord Vader first unloads all of the ship's advanced missiles and proton torpedoes before emptying the ship's power supply via the lasers; but it is still not quite enough to destroy Abomination.  Although Vader's plan is not quite complete either.  Vader, ejects from the back hatch of the ship after he directly aims the shuttle to crash into Abomination.  Vader lands gracefully in the desert dunes and uses The Force to contain the fire and carnage around the body of Abomination until the life force of the massive creature is completely extinguished.  Vader turns slowly and begins to walk away, to the next battle, looking down at his dirtied boots thinking only of his hatred for sand.  

Dr. Manhattan knows that he must send some sort of squad into the water if his team is going to remain on the offensive; but is slightly disappointed when he realizes that his team is coming up short on this end and that the best bet for a water victory is by him going into the deep himself.  So, Manhattan embarks into the ocean solo.  Water may not be the perfect setting for Dr. Manhattan, but it is hardly a hindrance.  He is not affected any more by the water than he is by intense heat, intense cold, or even the deep of space.  Percy and his water squad take up a defensive position deep in the corals but Dr. Manhattan keeps consistent with his crew in the plan to strike first, strike hard, and show no mercy.  Manhattan blows up SeaWorm #6 with a wave of his hands.  Namora, riding atop Seaworm #5 comes rushing at Manhattan but their fate is the same of the other worm.  Percy feels bad about using Namora and the Seaworms as a diversion; but it was not necessarily by design.  Percy swims in swiftly towards Manhattan with his sword drawn when he and Manhattan lock eyes.  Manhattan smirks arrogantly without speaking; but Percy breaks the silence (mentally of course, they are under water after all).  Percy speaks saying:  "your science is cute Manhattan; but pales in comparison to the power of the gods".  Percy runs Manhattan through and catches a glimpse of Manhattan's look of absolute shock as he is not able to make the the blade phase through him.  Percy leaves the blade inside of Manhattan leaving him in a state of dead, but not destroyed, so he cannot reform himself as Jackson swims to the surface to aid the rest of his team.  

The Aerialbots are locked in an intense dogfight over the city as the Bat-Family battles with them in their various vehicles.  Brainiac locks himself into a knock down, drag-em out skirmish over-top of the mountainous skyscrapers in the massive Play-Off Planet city of Great Dagapest with General Zod.  While on the other side of the city, a similar brawl takes place between Matrix-Supergirl and Ursa.  Down on the ground, in a seedier part of town Miguel O'Hara and Neo are sneaking through some back alleys awaiting a perfect time to show themselves.  But in true Madhouse fashion, the Underhills find themselves found before they choose to.  Neo and Spider-Man, look up to find that they are surrounded by a gaggle of other Spider-Men descending from above.  A wicked battle ensues, that would be everyone's favorite part of this match to talk about at B-Dubs if this were being witnessed on the silver screen instead of being read on a blog.  A fast-paced battle commences with webs, lightsabers, roundhouse kicks, and the like ensue.  Spider-Man India, Miles, and Spider-Noir triple team the green energy powered Spider-Man 2099 to take him out; but Neo has already dispatched Peni, Byte, and the Punk.  Neo throws his two lightsabers directly into the heads of Miles and India, while he engages Gwen in some Kung-Fu style fighting.  Gwen is joined by Spider-Ham and his enormous hammer.  Neo flips out of the way and falls to his knee in a perfect landing, where he plants himself directly over top of his twin blue lightsabers which he ignites directly into the chests of Gwen and Ham as they attempt to converge over top of him.  Neo then turns his attention to Spider-Noir and finishes the battle after defending himself from a quick flurry of attacks from the trench coated hero.  Almost simultaneously, Zod of the Underhills and Ursa of The Madhouse show their opponents with a pair of vicious, neck breaking attacks what it is to be a true Kryptonian as they leave Brainiac and Matrix straight slump on the top of two towers on the opposite sides of town.  You the reader are hit with a vicious blast of foreshadowing as we know that this ain't over until the two Kryptonian warriors face off one on one later in this match.  The Bat-Family is engaged in an intense aerial dog fight with the five Aerialbots, with The Tumbler providing heavy weapons support from the ground.  Robin crazily has his motorcycle on top of a large building, using the weapons attached to take the flying autobts out of the sky as well.  Although Damien meets his demise when he is hit by a heat seeking missile from Air Raid.  Alfred and Nightwing are both hit in their respective X-Wing and Y-Wing but both are able to eject to safely.  The Aerialbots do not think that they are quite powerful enough as separate units to breach the hull of The Tumbler; so they impressively merge to form Superion while still in mid-air.  The massive gestalt Superion comes down hard over top of The Tumbler crushing it into the cement.  Destroying not only the Batmobile; but the operator as well.  Bits of shattered Kryptonite, from the suit can be seen in the rubble as Superion takes flight in search of his next battle.  

Samwise and Radaghast, aided by their lantern rings fly through the forest.  Radaghast in a traditional superhero form of flight and Sam riding on Bill the Pony in an adorable fashion that I really wish someone with artistic talent would draw for me.  Radaghast feels the power of The Madhouse that is coming against them as the trio lands.  Sam finds a comfortable area to hide and instructs the faithful Bill to hide there.  "Now don't you consider moving Bill.  It's dangerous out there and I can't have you gettin hurt.  Just wait here and one of us Underhills will come back for you soon".  

The pair venture out on foot to remain more stealth and find the best way to help their team.

"That was kind of you you Sam.  I appreciate such good will towards animals".  Says Radaghast.

Sam replies: "Thank you Mr. Radaghast.  I just hope that wasn't a fib that I was tellin to ol' Bill back there.  Cuz I got a bad feelin that wherever we are going might be a one way trip".  

Back in the desert, Zatanna attempts to work her magic; but the Hulk works his fist through her face instead.  The Blood Benders actually succeed in bending The Hulk's blood after this; but it just serves to make him mad.  And we all know what happens when The Hulk gets mad.  Donna Troy comes at Sauron with some perfectly executed Amazonian moves; but it isn't enough to keep her from taking a massive mace ball to the chest from The Dark Lord.  Far above the desert, in space Kyle Rayner and Silver Surfer reenact the Marvel/DC cross over that led to the Amalgam Universe.  For those of you too young to have read that, it doesn't work out very well for Kyle in this case (Pun intended).

Well now readers, this is the big week after all and we have a lot of characters here.  Some with great powers.  Now I am not trying to say that epic battles are not happening all over this massive map of battle; but there were certainly several instances of power cancelling out power here; and we are going to summarize them for the theatrical cut here.  If you want to know more you are going to have to wait for the director's cut or read the Silmarilliion.  Mogo and Ranx have fought dozens of times.  One is more powerful, and the other has the edge.  Today they join each other in destruction.  Raven was born with the  purpose to sacrifice herself to either destroy her father or usher in his reign.  Today it is the former.  Beings with godlike powers from the Star Wars and Lord of the Rings universes share many similarities, today those are expounded upon as Aule and Yavanna join Abeloth in death.  John Stewart floats alone, as he reenters the Play-Off Planet atmosphere from space as he is confronted not only with Red Tornado; but with his entourage of The Zombie Kryptonian and the four Daxomites as well.  Stewart, knowing that he is outmatched in raw power, focuses his green energy in a giant bubble around the six attackers.  He contains their power; but finds that he cannot contain his own.  AS the green bubble dissipates, the seven lifeless bodies fall to the ground.  

The six mutants and Blade search the forest for combatants, as do Radaghast and Samwise; but they have yet to find anyone.  

The Underhills and The Madhouse both blow their proverbial horns to call their remaining teammates together.  Radaghast, Sam, Zod, Sauron, Superion, Hulk, Neo, and Percy meet outside the beach while The Surfer, Vader, Ursa, the remaining Bat-Family members, Blade, and the Mutants combine forces in the city.  Both squads move towards the desert where they will meet for a final battle.   

 Neo locks his new blades with Blade in a pitched battle, while The Six mutants converge on Percy Jackson.  Alfred and Nightwing pop their double yellow lightsaber and bo staff as they stand a bit mismatched against The Incredible Hulk.  Ursa and Zod engage in a pitched battle which begins right off the bat with punches that could easily sink battleships.  

The M-Men, as the mutants for The Madhouse are commonly known use their powers of flight, strength, durability, telepathy, energy projection, and enhanced agility to keep the demi-god Percy at bay; but once Neo finally lands the killing blow with his left lightsaber to relieve Blade of his head and come to Percy's aid the duo of chosen ones are able to dispatch the M-Men and pick them off one by one.  Zod in turn proves that he is the most powerful of the Kryptonians (except for that one guy) and delivers a killing blow to Ursa with a knee to the neck after unloading a potent blast of heat vision on his former lieutenant.  Zod takes a few moments over her body on his knees as he is overcome with fatigue as well as both battered and bruised from the epic battle with Ursa.  

Radaghast, with his own powers combined with a ring of power of a very different sort than he is used to at 200% thanks to Sam and his own blue ring of power.  The Brown wizard, despite his power level exceeding what should be possible for him is met with the exact same fate he met last year in this same battle as The Silver Surfer bursts into the scene at the speed of light and hits him with a cosmic energy blast that obliterates the Maiar.  Nightwing and Alfred do their best to keep their distance from The Hulk while still getting in a few jabs that do very little to the Hulk besides upsetting him further.  But at this moment when it seems as though The Hulk is being prodded unnecessarily is when Batman, whom was thought deceased earlier emerges from the shadows and hits The Hulk with a flurry of smoke bombs from his utility belt.  They done and gave Batman some prep time while they thought he was dead and The Underhills may pay the price for it.  As it turns out, it was actually just the kryptonite suit with the Wayne Industries AI Tech attached that was earlier driving The Tumbler, while Batman formulated a weaponized knock out gas to put the Hulk to sleep.  Alfred does not get out of the way of The Hulk's rage before the strongest Avenger goes down as Pennyworth is sent flying off in the distance; but once Batman's concoction sets in, The Hulk not only falls down but returns back to Bruce Banner.  After that, the killing blow is easily dealt him via Nightwing, using Alfred's double lightsaber.  

Batman greatly regrets giving up his kryptonite suit as Zod approaches him; but he is saved by his teammates as Vader uses The Force to topple a mountain on the Kryptonian, who is then finished off by the strength of the Silver Surfer.  Sam, despite his amazing spirit and hope is unable to get his blue energy aura up fast enough as he is hit in the jugular by a batarang.  Nightwing and Batman engage in a pitched battle with Neo and Percy Jackson and show that their years of training and fighting side by side has paid off. Nightwing delivers a lightsaber through the chest of Percy before he is taken out by Neo in similar fashion.  Batman uses this moment to implant a device into the back of the neck of Neo that initializes his internal brain to redigitize his being and revert him back to ones and zeros; but Bruce does not have a moment to celebrate as he discovers a lightsaber through his chest as he watches Neo dissipate into thin air.  

Superion takes flight and manages to chase down The Silver Surfer after he makes his swooping attack run on Zod.  The much larger Superion grabs The Surfer off of his board with his right hand and knocks the space-faring board to the ground with his left.  The massive combiner focuses his strength into his hands and crushes the former herald of Galactus until he takes his last gasp.  

Lord Vader, the last remaining member of the Madhouse looks up at the massive Aerialbot Superion and says aloud:  "You think your size matters.  It does not.  Your brute strength is insignificant next to the power of The Force".

  Vader reaches his clenched fist into the air and brings Superion to a dead stop.  He then watches intently as he slowly uses The Force to separate the five members whilst crushing their components.  He reaches out with The Force to find that their spark is still united in the center of the crushed Autobot that was once known as Silverbolt.  Vader releases the mechanical monstrosity that he has turned Superion into and throws his lightsaber with perfect aim, sending it directly into the spark of the Cybertronian, not only destroying Superion; but killing all five Aerialbot components as well.  

As Vader uses The Force to bring his lightsaber back to his hand, he turns his head to see if anyone still remained from The Underhills forces.  He seems triumphant.

But, The Ring would not be undone.......

The Dark Lord of Mordor and The Dark Lord of The Sith size each other up as they slowly stroll in each other's direction.  Sauron hits Vader with a flurry of shots that send him into a rock outcropping breaking his suit apart.  Vader lays on the ground, with his face and scorched body exposed to the air; but he manages to bring himself to his feet.  Sauron begins to laugh with an evil and maniacal bellow; but Vader assures him that The Force can sustain his body long enough to seek the destruction of his enemy.  Both creatures of evil, sustained almost completely by hate move towards each other one last time.  Sauron come down hard once more on Vader; but the former Jedi Knight, turned to the dark side turns his crimson blade upwards and cuts the ring from the hand of the great deceiver known as Sauron.  

A swell of evil energy dissipates from the hearts of all as the two dark lords lay dead on each other in the middle of the disgusting, body-riddled battlefield.  Leaving both teams completely destroyed with every warrior dead.  All except one very loyal, little pony; hiding in safety in the forest just like his friend Sam told him to.
