Much like last year, we will be doing a segment called "What's Going on in the Locker Room". This will be helpful to both the existing teams as well as the expansion teams. This is where the expansion teams can learn who is and who is not protected for the expansion draft. The 18 existing teams will have the oportunity to protect 70 characters, your list of 70 is due by November 1st so this segment can begin. Any early entries will be appreciated.
