Brock Sampson’s Fighting Murderflies are Ego, The Chaos King (Amatsu Mikaboshi), Miss Martian, Oa Guardian #6, Red Lantern #3, Black Lantern Guy Gardner, Black Lantern Qui Gon Jinn, Capt. Marvel, Dr. Doomsday, Jedi Knight #39B, Bodikka, Jorus C. Boath in an A-Wing, Joruus C’ Boath, Nadar Vebb in a B-Wing, Clone Trooper #50 & 52, Mars Attack Martian #1-6, A.L.F., The Energizer Bunny, and Ewok #35-37, & 40.

Team Sleeping Pussy is The Planetary: Elijah Snow, Jakita Wagner, Ambrose Chase, and The Drummer, The Sweeps, The Flash (Jay Garrick), Dr. Strange (w/ Mithril Vest), James Bond (w/ Astro Harness), Weaponer of Qward #1-5, Shi’ ar Warrior #1-6, Brother Blood, Peacemaker, Wildcat, Baron Mordo, D’ Spayre, Dirty Harry, Dark Beast, Jonah Hex, and an Imperial Shuttle.


Dark Beast, along with Shi’ ar Warrior #2 pilots The Imperial Shuttle with almost all members of The SP Squad on board, only The Sweeps remain outside the ship, flanking it from both sides. The packed ship moves on towards the team member/home base of The Murderfly Squad, The Living Planet known as Ego. But Ego shifts his landscape to reveal that he is not quite as close as they had thought as every space worthy member The Murderflies is thrust off of the planet by Ego’s massive tentacles that are they retracted back to Ego’s face covered surface. The Chaos King leads the charge along with Miss Martian, The Oa Guardian, The Red Lantern, Guy Garnder, Qui Gon, Capt. Marvel, Bodikka, Jorus C’ Boath in his A-Wing, and Nadar Vebb in his B-Wing. The Sweeps lay down a suppressing laser fire and The Drummer sends out a disastrous rhythm from within the ship that throws The Chaos King off of his path, while Flash, Dr. Strange, D’ Spayre, James Bond, and Brother Blood eject from the ship and begin to battle with the free floating members of The Murderflies. The Chaos King is thrown off as The Pussies draw first blood. Flash rushes in vibrating The Chaos King off kilter even more while Dr. Strange uses the eye of Agamatto to over power Amatsu Mikaboshi’s own mystical forces and destroy him. The lantern then focus their power on The Imperial Pussy (that is SP’s Shuttle); which spins the ship out of control causing Dark Beast to crash land it on the surface of Ego. As the Pussies venture out onto the surface of their largest enemy, the battle still rages on in space.

Jedi Masters C’ Boath and Vebb double team Sweep #1 and blast him to pieces with their proton torpedos. Dr. Strange dispatches of BL Qui Gon; but then The Oa Guardian with the aid of current green lantern Bodikka and former green lantern Guy Gardner destroy the magician with their Oan energy. James Bond may be the Moon Raker, but he is not much of a space character when pitted against Miss Martian who breaks him in half with her super-powered Martian strength. The Flash then speed punches his way through the hull of C’ Boath’s A-Wing; but is then destroyed Capt. Marvel’s Quantum bands. Brother Blood then avenges Flash by mind-blocking Noh-Var; but the HIVE Leader is then destroyed by the rage vomit of Red Lantern #3. D’ Spayre vigorously attacks Bodikka and Red Lantern #3 and then crushes together their essences and focuses it towards Black Lantern Guy to destroy him as well; but his stand does not last long as some advanced missiles from the B-Wing of Nadar Vebb, along with Miss Martian and The Oa Guardian blast directly through D’ Spayre on the way to their strafing run on the second and last sweep, leaving The Team SP space team destroyed and only their land lubbers down on Ego with an already destroyed ship.

Joruus C-Boath and Dr. Doomsday have a bit of a disagreement on game plan and the squad splits into two factions before the Ego “land” battle begins. Dr. Doomsday leads Jedi Knight #39B, the clone troopers, The Martians, and The Ewoks into battle. While Joruus, who insists that it is the force who guides him leads only A.L.F. and The Energizer Bunny back towards Team SP’s crashed ship. The Energizer Bunny plugs himself into the ship while the master of crashed ships ALF takes the pilot chair and Joruus sits co-pilot while they limp the ship out of the atmosphere of the living planet and the ship keeps going and going and going until they are safely away from the planet.

The battle rages on with Dirty Harry letting all 4 ewoks make his day including the 10th time down for Ewok #40 (RIP to a original Season 1 draftee). The last of the members of each team fight valiantly until Ego decides to take control of the rest of the match. Ego shifts his entire landscape into a disastrous planet incapable of life with sinking dunes of sand that absorb all of the foreign life on it. As the landscape shifts Ego gladly sacrifices his teammates Dr. Doomsday, Jedi #39B, the clones, and the martians. But in so doing he finishes off The Pussies by taking out The Planetary Foursome, The Qwardians, The Shi Ar, Peacemaker, Wildcat, Baron Mordo, Dirty Harry, Dark Beast, and Jonah Hex.

For The Living Planet known as Ego knows no mercy…
