No spice blew here. No worms sang beneath the sand. The sky itself seemed peeled back. Wind carved the dunes, and the air tasted like something long dead.
That’s where they chose to meet.
No diplomacy. No prophecy. Just annihilation.
TEAM arrived like a distortion in reality itself.
Freddy Krueger stepped towards TEAM first, blades dragging sparks across stone-hard sand. Behind him came Emma Frost, already diamond-skinned, eyes cold. Metallo’s chest glowed kryptonite green, lighting the battlefield.
Samson said nothing, but the ground trembled beneath his stance.
It began before anyone gave the order.
It began with a dream.
Freddy raised one claw and suddenly half of TEAM staggered.
The Moritani soldiers collapsed screaming, minds dragged into nightmares. One shot himself. Another clawed his own eyes out.
But Yoda’s cane struck the ground.
“Not real he is” he whispered.
The Force surged outward like a cleansing wave. The dreams shattered.
Freddy frowned.
“CHAT… I was just getting started.”
Then Sinestro attacked.
A construct the size of a big ass cathedral screamed across the desert, a blazing yellow spear aimed straight for Terrax.
Terrax didn’t dodge.
He caught it.
The Power Cosmic flared, and the spear shattered into a thousand fragments.
“Try harder,” Terrax said.
Then he swung.
The dune beneath TEAM detonated.
Everything broke.
Set became a storm of serpents, devouring Rebel Troopers whole. Trogdor answered with fire. Sand turned to glass. Glass turned to vapor.
Yoda leapt, impossibly fast, carving through Metallo’s joints with a lightsaber.
Metallo didn’t fall.
He grabbed Yoda midair and lost his arm as Ragnarok cleaved through him with apocalyptic force.
Nearby, Shao Kahn roared and met Vampire Thanos head-on. The shield clashed with claws. Each impact cracked the air like thunder.
“YOU ARE WEAK,” Kahn yelled.
Thanos grinned, fangs dripping.
“Not tonight.”
Emma Frost stepped into the mindscape.
Instantly.
Fenring felt it—a cold invasion.
She tried to dominate him.
Tried.
Fenring smiled and her control slipped.
“Almost,” he said softly.
Then he killed her.
No one saw how.
Bill Cipher noticed.
“Oh, I like you,” he said, appearing upside-down above Fenring.
Reality began to bend.
Gravity reversed.
Half the battlefield flipped into the sky.
Old Man Parks fired his shotgun at Bill.
It did nothing.
“Worth a shot,” he muttered.
Then he was gone, erased by a flicker of triangular laughter.
Dewey the Cum Fairy, unhinged, unpredictable, darted between fighters, leaving chaos in his wake.
Even Omnius hesitated to categorize him.
That hesitation cost Omnius, Dave Parks had rooted into the sand itself, vines bursting upward, tangling machine bodies, disrupting signals.
“Nature always wins,” Dave whispered.
Omnius adapted.
Flame units activated.
Dave screamed.
The God Emperor surged forward, massive and unstoppable, crushing everything in his path. Rebel Troopers vanished beneath him. Captain Caveman was swallowed whole.
Even Terrax hesitated.
“Finally,” Terrax said,
The clash shook Arrakis.
Cosmic power versus god-emperor flesh.
Each impact split the desert. Each movement rewrote the terrain.
Nearby, Samson found Sinestro.
No constructs. No tricks. Just strength.
They collided.
Sinestro’s ring screamed under the strain.
Samson pushed forward
Sinestro’s eyes widened and Samson broke him.
TEAM began to fracture.
Zombie Mon-El fell to Metallo’s last blast. El Diablo burned out trying to contain Trogdor. The Moritani were gone. The police officer ran.
He didn’t get far.
But The Gay Neighbors weren't intact either.
Freddy was finally caught, Yoda severed him from the dream plane, leaving him vulnerable, while Fenring finished him.
King Bumi fell laughing, buried under Set’s endless storm. Terrax, bleeding cosmic fire, finally staggered under Leto’s crushing mass.
Even Bill Cipher flickered… destabilizing.
In the end, it came down to very few.
Leto
Fenring
Yoda
Set
Versus:
Terrax (barely standing)
Omnius (fragmented, but persistent)
Bill Cipher (unstable, but smiling)
Samson (bleeding, but unbowed)
For a moment, Arrakis held its breath.
Samson moved first.
He charged Leto with a roar that split the desert. He struck like a falling mountain and for a moment, Leto shifted.
That moment cost him.
Fenring was already there.
A blur. A whisper. A perfect cut.
Samson stopped… then fell.
Terrax descended next, Power Cosmic blazing for one final strike.
Yoda met him midair.
Green light against dying starlight
A flash and a shock wave sparked midair
When it cleared, Terrax collapsed into the sand.
Yoda did not rise.
Set lunged at Omnius, devouring machine fragments in a storm of scales and rage
That left Bill Cipher.
Flickering. Breaking.
Still grinning.
“Well,” he laughed, voice cracking, “this got weird.”
Reality bent one last time fracturing into copies, illusions, chaos but Leto moved.
Everything false collapsed under his weight.
Bill stuttered
Fenring stepped in at the exact instant of weakness and ended him.
Silence.
Only Leto and Fenring remained.
“Was this inevitable?” Fenring asked.
The wind whispered across Leto’s vast form.
Fenring smiled faintly, “Of course it was.”

TEAM takes da dub!
Leto and Hasmir Fenring survive
Tight tight TIGHT! Old Man Parks still kicking around with the shotty.
"Nature always wins" is such a post-timeskip thing for me to say, I'm going nuts with plans for planting season. Season 1 Young Man Parks was more pro-cyborg for sure.
Good match hombre.
Great match Frank!! Super fun to read!! Nice win TEAM. Pretty good squad to hang with The God Emperor Dave; tough break.
Cool writing format!!! Good win Ed
