It is with a heavy heart that B3 is making the following announcement. . . Although they have been a pre-eminent force on our team throughout the year, the entire Backyardigans clan: Pablo, Austin, Tyrone, Tasha and Uniqua shall be watching our American League Quarterfinals match against the formidable TEAM on the sidelines.

Rumors have circulated that the cover of the most recent Us Magazine was the impetus for this decision. This is untrue. Although we will neither confirm, nor deny that the pictures have led to certain members seeking professional help because they are suffering from exhaustion, let it be known that all of the Backyardigans are currently doing well.

As for our comments on Tyrone's actions during the season's final match(expertly overseen by Vice Commish Ryan), we vehemently deny that the most recent rumors linking Tyrone to the underaged Mindy McReady and "juiced" Roger Clemens are true. We request the public and those other teams of the FFL to respect Tyrone's wishes and deal with these personal matters outside of the public eye.

The decision to sit the heart of our squad was painstakingly thought out and was one of the toughest decisions that management has had to make since the season's inception.

As stated before, ALL of the Backyardigans will be cheering on the sidelines as our team enters the field against TEAM, as have all other essential leaders done for their teams during all previous eras.
