Not during the Galactic Civil War. Not even in the shadow of the Kessel Run itself—where gravity wells twisted space like a dying scream.

Tonight, it wasn’t just about speed.

It was about survival.

Inside the Fantasticar, Mr. Fantastic stretched across multiple control panels while the Human Torch burned like a second sun.

“Reed,” snapped Invisible Woman, “those gravity shadows are collapsing!”

“I see fourteen possible paths,” Reed replied calmly. “Only three don’t kill us.”

Behind them, The Thing cracked his knuckles. “I like those odds.”

A Quinjet carrying Kermit the Frog (armed and somehow very serious), a Y-Wing flown by Colonel Bluegrass, and an X-Wing piloted by the unstoppable Chuck Norris.

At the center, glowing like a prism of raw emotion, flew the Lantern coalition, led by Yaddle and a ring-powered alliance that bent reality itself.

“Remember,” said Wedge Antilles over comms, “this run isn’t about being heroes.”

“It’s about finishing the race.”

The Kessel run opened like a grave.

Black holes churned, dragging ships into spirals of doom.

The first casualty came fast.

A Z-95 Headhunter clipped a gravity shear—gone in an instant.

“Stay tight!” shouted Admiral Ackbar aboard Home One. “It’s a trap within a trap!”

Blaster fire erupted, not from enemies, but from panic.

Then,

IG-88 struck.

The assassin droid’s ship cut through Space Movie’s flank, precision shots tearing apart weaker escorts.

But before it could line up another kill

A green construct fist smashed it sideways.

Aayla Secura, glowing with Lantern energy, hovered in vacuum, eyes blazing.

“You’re not the only hunter here.”

The Executor fired.

Its turbolasers lit the void, forcing Space Movie into the space’s most unstable corridor.

“Brace!” yelled Tom Brady from the bridge, gripping a console like it was fourth quarter.

Meanwhile, the Autobot Ship transformed mid-flight, Ultra Magnus coordinating as Defensor formed, shielding allied ships from gravitational debris.

But Space Movie adapted.

Lantern light exploded across the battlefield.

Constructs of will, rage, hope, fear all colliding.

Asajj Ventress, now a Black Lantern, tore through space like a ghost, draining life from unlucky crew members.

And then

Chuck Norris pressed his targeting computer.

“Got it.”

A single shot.

It didn’t just hit.

It erased an entire escort wing from existence.

Even the surrounding space seemed to hesitate.

Deep in the Run’s tightest spiral, the path narrowed to one survivable lane.

Two fleets.

One corridor.

“No more room for both,” muttered Dash Rendar.

Reed Richards calculated.

Ackbar hesitated.

Ultra Magnus stood firm.

Then

From Space Movie, a united Lantern surge ignited.

White, green, orange, violet, red

The full spectrum.

Reality bent.

And The Goobers… broke.

The Executor lost stabilization, dragged into a black hole’s pull.

The Fantasticar spun out, Invisible Woman shielding her team as long as she could.

The Outrider took a hit, Dash fighting controls

“Leebo, reroute everything!”

Too late.

Only one group burst from hyperspace.

Ships scarred.

Numbers devastated.

But alive.

At the front

A glowing formation of Lantern energy, barely holding together.

Behind them, the surviving fragments of Space Movie limped into open space.

Wedge’s voice came through, quiet.

“…We made it.”

Kermit lowered his weapon.

Chuck Norris said nothing.

Yaddle closed her eyes.

Behind them

The Kessel Run collapsed inward.

No survivors.
