George Lucas Conference Final: Chapter XXII

Hope Summers walks to the current scene and sees He-Man.  After having imbibed the essences of both Vulcan and Exodus, she is nearly indestructible.  She uses the full force of her abilities to send a psionic blast that strikes He-Man squarely in the chest.  He-Man’s rippling muscled body is scorched, but the Eternian forces himself to rise through the pain.  Summers then throws an energy blast at He-Man.  The son of King Randor stumbles, but rises once again.  Exodus soars to the area.

Exodus:  If you want something done right. . .

Exodus teleports next to He-Man and uses his super human strength to choke the life out of the Mattel Master. 

Exodus turns toward Hope Summers.

Exodus:  See Hope, all you needed to do was. . .

The words of Exodus are cut short as a large metallic shard rips through the chest of Du Paris. 

Magneto:  Arrogance is extremely unbecoming. . .  unless it is from myself of course.

Adam Warlock flies to the scene.

Magneto:  Adam.

Warlock:  Erik.

Magneto:  He has the ability to regenerate even from death.  Make sure he doesn’t.

Warlock: Of course.

Warlock shreds Exodus apart through his mastery over the manipulation of energy.  The nearly immortal mutant is no more.  Both Warlock and Magneto then focus on Summers.  Although Summers mimics the powers of Magneto and is able to fight Magneto to a near standstill, she is unable to mimic the powers as they pertain to Warlock.  Eventually, the combined powers and abilities of Warlock and Magneto are too much for the young woman.  Summers is overcome and killed.
