From what I can see, NO new teams have been eliminated from the play-off race. TEAM has clinched both the play-offs and their division, and The Horsemen have bumped their play-off spot up to a division clinch (for the 7th straight year (a truly amazing feat)). This is an unprecedented play-off race; and just about every match in Week 9 will have some sort of play-off implications.
